Justice Ayesha A. Malik administered the oath to Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, who will serve in the role until June 10.

The ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Justice Shahid Waheed, Justice Aamir Farooq, Justice Shahid Bilal, Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, Advocate General Punjab Amjad Pervaiz and senior members of the legal community.

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah assumes the position as Chief Justice Yahya Afridi is currently in Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj and is scheduled to return on June 10. Until then, Justice Shah will fulfil the responsibilities of the Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan.
