The primary objective was to unlawfully assist non-citizens in entering and remaining in the US Federal prosecutors have charged Abdul Hadi Murshid, 39, and Muhammad Salman Nasir, 35, both originally from Pakistan, along with the Law Offices of D. Robert Jones PLLC and Reliable Ventures, Inc.

According to the indictment, the defendants exploited the EB-2, EB-3, and H-1B visa programs by placing ads for fake jobs to meet Department of Labor requirements.

They fraudulently obtained labor certifications and submitted petitions to US Citizenship and Immigration Services to secure visas for applicants.

Payments from visa seekers were allegedly returned as fabricated payroll to make the jobs appear legitimate.

The charges include conspiracy to defraud the US, visa fraud, money laundering conspiracy, and RICO conspiracy. If convicted, the defendants could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

The first court appearance was made on May 23, with detention hearings scheduled for May 30. The investigation involved multiple agencies, including the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.
