&lt;p&gt;The primary objective was to unlawfully assist non-citizens in entering and remaining in the US Federal prosecutors have charged Abdul Hadi Murshid, 39, and Muhammad Salman Nasir, 35, both originally from Pakistan, along with the Law Offices of D. Robert Jones PLLC and Reliable Ventures, Inc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the indictment, the defendants exploited the EB-2, EB-3, and H-1B visa programs by placing ads for fake jobs to meet Department of Labor requirements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They fraudulently obtained labor certifications and submitted petitions to US Citizenship and Immigration Services to secure visas for applicants.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Payments from visa seekers were allegedly returned as fabricated payroll to make the jobs appear legitimate.&lt;/p&gt;
