A team of specialist doctors at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology has conducted a thorough medical examination of PTI senior leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi. His ECG results were normal, while additional tests including Troponin I, liver function tests (LFT), renal function tests (RFT), and complete blood count (CBC) were also performed.

Hospital sources revealed that although Qureshi’s blood pressure was initially elevated, it has now stabilized. They further confirmed that his condition is currently stable and he remains under continuous medical supervision.

The final medical reports are awaited, after which a decision will be made regarding his possible discharge or the need for further treatment. Meanwhile, Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s legal team is actively monitoring his health and treatment progress.

Qureshi remains in custody on multiple charges; his condition and next steps will be determined once test results are available, the legal team added.
