&lt;p&gt;The initiative aims to provide continuous support and real-time updates on flight schedules and other pilgrimage-related details.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A ministry spokesperson confirmed that the helpline will function in two shifts, supervised by Director IT Jameel-ur-Rehman.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hafiz Majid will head the first shift and can be contacted at +92 332 4509868.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Second shift will be managed by Assistant Director Malik Asad at +92 321 5365023.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The helpline is designed to handle inquiries related to flight timings, schedules, and departure arrangements throughout the day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Officials also urged pilgrims to stay in regular contact with their designated Haji Camps to remain informed about any potential changes or important notifications.&lt;/p&gt;
