In an official statement, the KP police chief said that the next phase of the peace process will involve the voluntary surrender of weapons by locals. He warned that strict action would be taken against those who fail to comply.

He also revealed plans to establish 10 new security checkpoints along the Thall-Parachinar Road to ensure safe travel for residents and maintain law and order in the area.

The latest operation follows earlier attempts to dismantle such structures, but officials have termed this round of demolitions as a “comprehensive and conclusive” measure. Police and other relevant institutions continue to work in coordination to maintain lasting peace in the region.
