A heatwave warning has been issued for multiple districts, particularly affecting several regions in Sindh.

The department cautioned citizens to avoid unnecessary exposure to the sun and to adopt precautionary measures.

On Sunday, several districts in Sindh faced extreme heat, with temperatures climbing to 46 degrees Celsius in Dadu and 45 degrees Celsius in Shaheed Benazirabad.

In other areas, temperatures recorded were as follows: 36 degree Celsius in Karachi, 43 degree Celsius in Hyderabad, 44 degrees Celsius in Sukkur, 36 degrees Celsius in Lahore, 40 degrees Celsius in Bahawalpur, and 39 degrees Celsius in Multan.

The severe heat has left many citizens feeling exhausted, significantly disrupting daily life.
