A total of 166 personnel were awarded military honors, including the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military), Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military), and Tamgha-e-Basalat.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the event recognized the remarkable contributions of officers and soldiers in serving the country. The ceremony was graced by Corps Commander Rawalpindi, Lieutenant General Shahid Imtiaz, who presented the awards to the recipients.

Among the awardees, 2 junior commissioned officers and 15 soldiers received the Tamgha-e-Basalat for acts of bravery. 47 officers were conferred the Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military), while 102 officers were honored with the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military).

Families of martyred personnel were also present at the event to receive posthumous awards on behalf of their loved ones. The Corps Commander met with the families of the martyrs and paid rich tribute to their sacrifices, acknowledging them as the true heroes of the nation.

The ceremony was attended by a large number of senior military officials, award recipients, and their families, reflecting the Army’s tradition of honoring courage, commitment, and sacrifice.
