The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that security forces conducted the operation based on intelligence reports about the presence of terrorists in the Buleda area of Kech district.

Following a fierce gun battle, two terrorists were eliminated. According to ISPR, the slain terrorists were actively involved in multiple terrorist activities in the area.

The military spokesperson added that a sanitization operation is underway to eliminate any remaining potential threats.
