As soon as the flight took off from Lahore Airport, a malfunction was detected in the aircraft’s engine, prompting an emergency landing.

Sources reported that the cockpit crew identified severe vibrations in the engine, prompting the pilot to request landing permission from the Air Traffic Control (ATC) authorities.

ATC officials instructed the flight to land immediately, and the pilot successfully landed the aircraft safely back at Lahore Airport. After landing, over 200 passengers onboard were disembarked and directed to the waiting area.

Further inspection on the runway revealed the engine fault, and the airline’s engineers continued to conduct a detailed inspection to determine the cause of the malfunction.

Later, the airline management decided to accommodate the passengers on an alternative flight and send them to Jeddah.
