      <title>Sindh to observe closure of educational institutions for Shab-e-Qadr</title>

&lt;p&gt;Furthermore, the Sindh government has declared a public holiday on Friday, April 4, to mark the 46th death anniversary of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the founder of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and former prime minister.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A notification from Sindh Chief Secretary Asif Haider Shah confirmed that all provincial government offices, as well as autonomous bodies, corporations, and local councils under the provincial government, will also be closed on that day.&lt;/p&gt;
