Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan responded to the reports, stating that the government is reviewing the matter.

He reaffirmed that Pakistani passports explicitly state that they are “not valid for travel to Israel” and that such a visit is not legally permissible under existing laws.

Khan emphasised that Pakistan’s stance on Israel remains unchanged and that the country does not recognise Israel.
