The Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) was awarded to Air Marshal Muhammad Sarfraz, Air Marshal Kazim Hamad, Air Marshal Shakeel Ghazanfar, and Air Marshal Shakeel Safdar.

Major General Saeed ur Rehman Sarwar, Major General Nadeem Fazal, Major General Tahir Masood Ahmad, Major General Sohail Sabir, Major General Fawad Ahmad Siddiqui, and Major General Zeeshan Ahmad were also conferred the Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military).

Rear Admiral Muhammad Hussain Siyal, Major General Syed Mukarram Hussain, Major General Iftikhar Ahmad Satti, and Major General Ghulam Shabbir Narejo received the Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) for their distinguished service.

Additionally, Major General Shahid Parvez, Major General Nadeem Yousaf, Major General Ghulam Muhammad, Major General Noor Wali Khan, Major General Muhammad Naeem Akhtar, Major General Raja Muhammad Nadeem Ashraf, Major General Raja Muhammad Asim Khan, Major General Naseem Anwar, and Major General Umar Ahmad Shah were also honoured with the Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military).
