      <title>PCB announces talent hunt program to find new players</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the launch of the PCB Talent Hunt Program, stating that this program will bring improvements to cricket at the grassroots level.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;During a press conference at Gaddafi Stadium, PCB’s COO Sameer Ahmed Syed, Advisor to Chairman PCB Aamir Mir, and other officials stated that the purpose of the PCB Talent Hunt Program is to bring local talent to the forefront.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They said that the PCB is going to launch a talent hunt program at the school and college level. Through this program, talented boys and girls will have the opportunity to make it to the national team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Amir Mir stated that trials for young players will be held in various cities across the country, and those who come through on merit will be provided training. Coaches will help polish these new players and assist them in becoming part of the national team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Advisor Chairman of the Cricket Board stated that the registration process for the Talent Hunt Program will begin next month. Talent will also be sourced from schools, including players up to the Under-16 level. He emphasized that the aim is to promote cricket in the country, and selections will be made based on merit.&lt;/p&gt;
