In a directive issued by the Chief Secretary, all administrative secretaries have been instructed to prepare lists of these employees and to issue transfer orders accordingly.

A committee has been established under the leadership of the Administrative Secretary to facilitate this process, which will oversee the transfers of officers in grades 17 and above.

Following the Chief Secretary’s orders, unease has emerged among employees in significant roles who have been stationed for over two years, prompting them to seek ways to avoid potential transfers.

Employees from various departments, including Planning and Development, Local Government, Finance, Irrigation, and Communication and Works, have voiced their dissatisfaction with the new directives.

Additionally, sources stated that several employees in key positions within the Planning and Development and Communication and Works departments have been serving for 12 years, raising expectations that their transfers may also occur in the near future.
