The reason behind such a motive is to identify the person who assisted in getting the bomber to the location of the attack.

It was decided in an emergency meeting presided over by Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Mardan Senior Superintendent of Police Tariq Habib. They focused on identifying the facilitator of the vehicle transported at the scene.

The explosion took place inside the seminary after Friday prayers on February 28. More than 20 people were injured in the blast.

The investigation revealed that the facilitator was between 21 and 22 years old.

No terrorist organisation has yet taken responsibility for the bombing. But security sources said that banned terrorist organization Fitnal Khawarij was behind the Nowshwera madressah suicide attack.

Moreover, investigations are underway as CTD recorded statements from 50 individuals, including injured victims.
