DIG South has written to IG Sindh, seeking assistance for the arrest of Shahzain Mari and his security guards, who are allegedly involved in the Boat Basin assault case.

The letter also recommends reaching out to Balochistan authorities for cooperation.

According to the letter, the victim filed an FIR against Shahzain Mari and his security guards on February 19.

Police have already arrested five guards named in the case, but Shahzain Mari, Ghulam Qadir, Taj Gul, and Muhammad Ali have reportedly fled to Kohlu, Balochistan.

The DIG South’s letter provides Shahzain Mari’s contact number and emphasises the need for the Balochistan police’s support in apprehending the fugitives.
