&lt;p&gt;Reports of service disruptions started to surface around 8:40pm, according to the service status website Downdetector. By 9:15pm on March 1, Microsoft had received over 9,000 reports related to the Outlook outage, with users in London and Manchester particularly affected. Nearly half of such reports indicated issues with logging in.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In an update on X, Microsoft stated, “Our telemetry indicates that a majority of impacted services are recovering following our change. We’ll continue to monitor until all services are fully restored.”&lt;/p&gt;
