Eligibility criteria

1. You must be a resident of Punjab.
2. A valid CNIC is required as proof of identity.
3. Your mobile number should be registered under your CNIC for program communication.
4. Eligibility requires a monthly family income of less than Rs300,000.
5. If enrolled in the Benazir Income Support Program or Benazir Kafalat Program, you likely qualify for the Nigehbaan Program.
6. A proxy mean test (PMT) score below 34 makes you eligible for the PSER survey and the program.
