The 26-year-old alleges in her petition that she entered into a relationship with the 53-year-old SpaceX CEO in May 2023. She claimed that they were intimate around January 2 and January 3, 2024, which she believes led to her son’s conception. While the child’s official birth date and name have been redacted, his first initial is noted as “R.”

In her filing, St Clair expressed confidence that Musk is the father, stating that she “did not have sexual intercourse with any other male during the time the child was conceived.”

She has also requested the court to order a genetic test for Musk to establish paternity.

In her paternity lawsuit against Musk, St Clair has submitted a series of text messages to the court, which she claims illustrate her relationship with the billionaire and his acknowledgement of fatherhood.

Court documents reveal that St Clair sent Musk a photo of herself holding their newborn in the hospital, to which he allegedly replied, “I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”

Earlier this week, previously private messages between the two were also made public, suggesting discussions about various intimate positions.

St Clair clarified in her court documents that she is not currently seeking child support from Musk but has requested a temporary financial support order for their child.
