While speaking to reporters outside the Islamabad High Court, Marwat voiced his frustration over his “sudden expulsion,” alleging that there was no “clear explanation” for his removal from the party.

He highlighted concerns about the “lack of transparency” in PTI’s decision-making and the absence of accountability.

He identified himself as a “soldier of the PTI founder” and asserted his right to express displeasure.

Marwat also revealed that he chanted in support of “Prisoner Number 804” during a session in the National Assembly, saying that his grievances are aimed at his fellow party members. He criticised “those” who expelled him for their “fear of addressing the media openly.”

The expelled PTI member mentioned that such individuals are “apprehensive” about the PTI media group and alleged that the people were questioning when the PTI founder might face expulsion.

PTI expelled Sher Afzal Marwat from the party, with an official notification issued confirming his removal on February 12.

Marwat held PTI’s Secretary-General Salman Akram Raja responsible for his expulsion from the party.
