Azlan was abducted from Raiwind on January 23. Police initially investigated the mother, Kanzah, after inconsistencies in her statements and mobile phone records revealed frequent contact with a close associate, identified as Islam.

During interrogation, Kanzah confessed to plotting the abduction and murder with Islam and their accomplice, a domestic worker named Thana.

Kanzah admitted to sending Azlan to Islam via Thana. Islam then murdered the child and burned the body, according to police.

The body was recovered from Kot Radha Kishan based on information provided by the suspects. All three suspects – Kanzah, Islam, and Thana – are in custody. Police are continuing their investigation into Islam’s role in the murder.
