Yadea introduces new electric scooters in Pakistan, including Gt30 model

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Yadea has expanded its presence in the Pakistani market with the launch of four new electric vehicles: three scooters – the GT30, GT60, and Ezeego – and a three-wheeled vehicle, the C16. The launch event, held in Lahore, marks a significant step for Yadea in a rapidly growing Pakistani e-scooter market.

The GT30, the only model with a publicly released price, is priced at Rs. 189,000. Its specifications include a 1000W motor, a 60V23Ah Graphene battery, LED lighting, and a range of features including hydraulic shock absorption and pedal assist.

The GT60 model comes in two variants and is available in grey, white, and black. Detailed specifications for the GT60 were not released in the initial announcement.

The Ezeego boasts impressive specifications including a 72V38Ah Graphene battery, a 1.2kW (rated) / 2.4kW (max continuous) motor, a claimed range of 102 km per charge, and a top speed of 45 km/h. It’s available in ash grey, jet black, fiery red, arctic white, and amethyst purple.

Finally, the three-wheeled C16 features a 72V23Ah battery, a 650W motor, a top speed of 26 km/h, and a range of 70 km per charge.

Yadea already offers the G5, Ruibin, and T5 e-scooters in Pakistan. The company’s expansion reflects the increasing popularity of electric two-wheelers in the country, driven in part by cost-effectiveness and the growing number of female riders. The company’s move signals a positive outlook for the future of electric mobility in Pakistan.
