• Step 1: The Ministry of Labor portal defaults to Arabic, but the language can be changed to English for easier navigation.

• Step 2: The employer provides the Iqama number prior to arrival in Saudi Arabia. The information should be readily available. Enter the Iqama number and birthdate when prompted. After inputting the captcha, click ‘Next.’

• Step 3: View results

The subsequent page will display all personal information, including the Iqama expiry date and validity period.

• Step 1: Access can be achieved using either the username or Iqama number. The app defaults to English, but switching to Arabic is also possible.

• Step 2: A one-time PIN will be sent to the registered mobile number to complete the login process.

• Step 3: The expiration date of the Iqama status will be displayed accordingly.

Iqama status can also be checked offline by visiting the nearest Jawazat (Passport Office) to verify the permit’s expiration date. It is necessary to bring the original passport (a copy is insufficient) and be ready to provide the Iqama number when requested.
