The widely shared video shows the man, identified as Ryan Caldwell, in an Eagles jacket verbally attacking the woman, who remained unresponsive throughout the encounter.

Officials stated that he would no longer be permitted to attend events at the stadium.

Caldwell was employed by BCT Partners, a management consulting firm in New Jersey, which quickly condemned his behaviour and announced his termination.

The firm’s founder Randal Pinkett, characterised Caldwell’s language as “vile” and “unacceptable,” emphasizing that it contradicted the company’s values of inclusion and respect.
