The injured individual, identified as 45-year-old Ali Muhammad son of Muhammad Umar, was transported to Civil Hospital. SSP City, Arif Aziz, confirmed that the explosion occurred inside a building under construction.

The injured person, a laborer, has since been discharged from the hospital. SSP City stated that taking a statement from the injured individual will provide further clarity on the situation.

He also confirmed that the owner of the building under construction reported receiving no extortion demands or threatening calls prior to the incident.

SSP City and his team are present at the scene, and the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) has been called in to investigate the nature of the explosion. Further investigations into the incident are ongoing.
