The Toshakhana case was heard in a special court in Adiala Jail by judge Shahrukh Arjumand on Monday.

Imran Khan was produced in court while Bushra Bibi, Salman Akram Raja, Barriser Gohar and Faisal Chaudhry also appeared in court.

An officer from the Cabinet Division appeared in court as one of the witnesses of the Federal Investigation Agency and was cross-examined by Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Arshad Tabraiz.

The examination is likely to continue in the next hearing. Khan’s lawyer Salman Safdar will also cross examine the witness.

The prosecution submitted a list of 108 gifts received by Imran Khan while in office. A register of he gifts was also made part of the court’s record.

The case was then adjourned till January 2.
