“My Christmas present this year is that I’m getting a breast augmentation. Guys, I’m freaking out … but I’m also so excited. That is happening in, like, a little over two weeks,” she said in a TikTok video shared on December 26.

The 30-year-old choreographer shared her plans for the procedure, which coincides with her 31st birthday on January 11.

She and her husband, Sam Cusick, have planned a three-night getaway to Mexico before returning home.

“The day after we get back, I am getting my breast augmentation and a lift,” she said. Despite the excitement, Arnold acknowledged the difficulty of making such personal choices, stating, “It’s just so many decisions, and it’s hard that you make the choices for yourself and you have to live with those choices.”

Arnold has described her breast augmentation as a journey that has been “a bit of a whirlwind,” but emphasised that she has “always known” this was something she wanted.

“It’s something I’m very excited about,” she stated, acknowledging that opinions on cosmetic procedures can vary. “I know there’s mixed opinions on this type of thing, and so I get it. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you.”

She has openly discussed her experiences with plastic surgery, revealing her history with cosmetic procedures in a January 2023 social media video.

“I’ve been getting Botox for years now,” she shared, noting that she typically receives treatments between her brows and on her forehead.
