The districts included in this phase span across Islamabad, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

Notably, all districts in Islamabad, along with every district in Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan, are covered.

In KP, the program encompasses a variety of regions, including urban centers like Peshawar and Mardan, as well as more remote areas such as Upper and Lower Dir.

In Punjab, several districts are also part of this assistance program, including Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Rawalpindi.

Meanwhile, Sindh’s eligible districts cover various parts of Karachi and Hyderabad.

However, districts not included in this initial rollout will be addressed in a subsequent phase.

To access this financial aid, individuals must register at their nearest Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) office, providing necessary documentation such as a CNIC and proof of residence.

Registration entails a biometric verification process, after which applicants will receive confirmation and details about the payment schedule.

Beneficiaries can check their payment status through several methods, including an SMS service, the BISP website, or by visiting local HBL Konnect agents.
