      <title>Punjab CM launches second phase of scholarship program</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has officially inaugurated the second phase of the Honhar Scholarship Programme, aimed at funding the education of 30,000 students annually over the next four years.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The announcement was made during a ceremony at FAST National University of Computer and Engineering Sciences in Islamabad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Chief Minister emphasized that the program allows talented students to pursue higher education at renowned institutions without financial concerns, as the Punjab government will cover 100% of educational expenses for successful applicants.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Scholarships will be available to students from 65 universities, 12 medical and dental colleges, and 359 colleges across Punjab, covering 68 subjects and disciplines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Eligibility is restricted to students under the age of 22 with a domicile in Punjab, whose parents’ monthly income does not exceed Rs300,000.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To ensure transparency, all applications are processed through an online portal, with additional scrutiny from institutional and provincial committees.&lt;/p&gt;
