In the Headmarhala area of Sialkot district, an ancient temple, which predates the partition of India and Pakistan, is being preserved by an elderly Muslim man.

According to Aaj News, the temple features a historic well known as Puran ka Kuwan, believed by locals to possess healing properties.

Estimated to be 600-700 years old, this well has been cared for by the elderly man and his ancestors for generations.

Notably, the temple is located in a region without any nearby Hindu community.
