The incident reportedly occurred at the girl’s home in DHA Phase 6 on October 15, when the accused allegedly entered her room without permission and assaulted her.

Following the incident, the victim informed her mother and a complaint was lodged with the police.

The suspect, who had worked at the complainant’s residence for six months and previously for a decade, sought pre-arrest bail from Additional District and Sessions Judge Abdul Zahoor Chandio.

However, the court determined that the evidence supported the victim’s claims, noting that her account was corroborated by her mother and other witnesses.

Despite the suspect attempting to flee the courtroom after the ruling, police apprehended him within the court premises.

The state prosecutor argued against granting bail, highlighting the serious nature of the allegations and claims that the suspect had pressured the victim’s family to withdraw the complaint.
