The Pakistani Embassy in the United Arab Emirates has denied media reports claiming that the Emirati government shared an official document with the embassy detailing the reasons behind visa restrictions imposed on Pakistani citizens.

“The Pakistan Embassy in the UAE rejects the recent media reports referring to the sharing of document by the UAE government citing reasons for imposing visa restrictions on Pakistani nationals. These claims are factually incorrect,” the statement from the Pakistan Embasy in UAE said.

“No such document has been shared by UAE authorities. Pakistan enjoys strong and cordial relations with the UAE, and both governments are committed to addressing any issues of mutual concern through official channels and constructive dialogue.”

The statement further added that the interests of Pakistani nationals in the UAE continue to be fully safeguarded by the Embassy, which will also continue to work closely with UAE authorities to further strengthen the friendly ties between the two countries.
