Sources say the explosion caused the roof of the house to collapse, trapping seven people under the rubble, including a woman. Three bodies and three injured individuals have been recovered. The deceased have been identified as Riaz, Mansha, and Safiya Bano.

The injured have been taken to Nishtar Hospital. One woman, Arsa, remains trapped under the rubble, and rescue operations are ongoing.

The Inspector General of Punjab Police has taken notice of the incident and has sought a report from the Regional Police Officer (RPO) Multan.
