Four people of the same family had been found dead in a Honda Civic on August 23. The incident initially sparked rumors surrounding the possible use of poisonous substances.

Following the discovery of the four deceased, including two women, police registered a case and sent samples of bodily tissues and blood to the forensic science authority for analysis.

The forensic report concludes that all four victims died from carbon monoxide poisoning, caused by respiratory failure due to inhalation of the gas.

The report suggests that the carbon monoxide likely accumulated due to a leak in the vehicle’s exhaust pipe. The possibility of the gas accumulating through the car’s air conditioning system cannot be ruled out.

It is important to note that the deceased comprised three women and a young girl. The driver of the vehicle survived the incident.
