The blast, which was heard in surrounding areas, took place in Landhi No. 2, Moinabad.

Following the incident, law enforcement officials, including the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) bomb disposal squad, rushed to the scene.

The Crime Scene Unit collected evidence from the site, which revealed a pin from a cracker bomb.

SSP Malir, Kashif Abbasi, and Rangers officers also arrived at the location. Police are currently recording statements from residents of the street where the explosion occurred.

While no CCTV footage has been found yet, initial evidence points towards a cracker bomb explosion. However, the incident is being investigated further due to its suspicious nature.
