The Supreme Court instructed the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to prioritize leasing to these restaurants in other areas, specifying that the restaurants in the national park area should be given preference for leases at new locations.

The decision clarified that the Supreme Court is retracting its previous ruling regarding preferential treatment in the leasing process, emphasizing that its decision must be followed exactly.

On June 11, the Supreme Court ordered the relocation of restaurants, including Monal, from the national park area within three months, situated in the beautiful Margalla Hills.
