The tremors were felt in Swat, Mingora, and surrounding areas, causing widespread panic among residents. People rushed out of their homes in fear for their safety.

According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan. The depth of the quake was recorded at 151 kilometers.

Fortunately, there have been no immediate reports of casualties or major damage.
