The FIA Cyber Crime Wing in Lahore arrested Adil on Tuesday following Gharida’s complaint.

In her complaint, she alleged that Adil had made her the target of criticism in his podcast and used an insulting tone. Gharida claimed that the language used by Adil has “damaged her reputation.”

The TV anchor also claimed that Adil’s viral video has tarnished her dignity. “The intrusion into private life has severely shocked the credibility.”
