&lt;p&gt;He stressed the need for enhanced communication and exchanges between the two nations to further strengthen economic, investment and cultural cooperation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Turkmen Foreign Minister acknowledged the cordial relations between the two countries and stated that Turkmenistan would continue to foster economic, cultural and educational collaboration with Pakistan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He also emphasized the importance of constructing motorways and railways through Afghanistan to connect the two nations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Separately, President Zardari has signed the Christian Marriage (Amendment) Act into law, increasing the marriageable age for Christian men and women to 18 years. This amendment to the Christian Marriage Act of 1872 was a long-standing demand of the Christian community in Pakistan.&lt;/p&gt;
