The film is directed by Bombairiya famed Aarti Bagdi. The shoot of the film will kick-start in London soon, Filmfare reported. The producers know they have a casting coup on hand and they don’t want key information to come out yet, it added.

Fawad’s popularity among South Asians worldwide and his previous roles in Hindi films like Khoobsurat, Kapoor & Sons, and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil have heightened anticipation for the new film.

“Details of this project are being kept under wraps and everyone is tight-lipped about it. The producers will announce this project just before it starts its filming schedule in the UK,” according to ANI.

In addition to this project, Fawad and Sanam Saeed-starrer web series Barzakh would start streaming on Zee5 Global on July 19. He would also star opposite Mahira Khan in the Netflix original Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo.
