      <title>Gold prices increase in line with international rates</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Gold prices in Pakistan rose in line with an increase in the international gold rate on Wednesday. In the local market, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs800, reaching Rs242,300.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs686, reaching Rs207,733, according to the rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In contrast, on the previous day, Tuesday, the gold price per tola had remained unchanged at Rs241,500 in Pakistan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The international gold rate also increased on Wednesday, reaching $2,345 per ounce (including a $20 premium), representing a gain of $21 during the day, as per the APGJSA.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, the silver rates remained stable at Rs2,850 per tola.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Earlier, in April, the gold price had reached an all-time high of Rs252,200 per tola in the local market.&lt;/p&gt;
