Akram was presented in the Sessions Court in Lahore, stating that she has forgiven all the accused, and she has no objection to the accused being exonerated.

Amir Sohail, also known as Rambo, and 11 other accused have filed petitions seeking acquittal in the case.

The court has summoned the lawyers to present their arguments on August 26.
