Singer Kevin Jonas revealed that he had a cancerous mole removed from his forehead. The Jonas Brothers guitarist shared his experience to raise awareness and encourage fans to stay vigilant about skin health.

“So today, I am getting a basal cell carcinoma removed from my head,” Jonas explained in the video. Basal cell carcinoma is a type of skin cancer that commonly occurs on sun-exposed areas of the skin.

Jonas documented the procedure, showing the small growth on his forehead. “Yes, that is a actual little skin cancer guy that just started to grow,” he said. “And now, I have to get surgery to remove it.”
