In an interview, Hasan stated that they would have to investigate who uploaded the video related to former Bangladesh president Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to Khan’s official account.

His statement comes after the Federal Investigation Agency’s Cyber Crime Wing started an investigation into the dissemination of the video and wanted to interrogate the former prime minister.

But Khan has refused to meet the FIA team, sources within the jail told Aaj News. He has decided to answer questions in the presence of his lawyers.

According to Hasan, the PTI lawmakers who re-shared the video did so in their personal capacity. The PTI spokesperson added that he had not even seen the video himself.

If the video was found to be against PTI’s narrative, it would be deleted, he added.
