According to the PMD report, the weather in Gilgit-Baltistan is expected to be partly cloudy with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening and night. The continental air pressure will remain strong across most of the country.

The PMD states that the upper regions are experiencing high air pressure, and the hot weather conditions are likely to persist for the next two days.

The report also notes that most parts of the country experienced extremely hot weather over the past 24 hours. However, some areas in Gilgit-Baltistan received light rain and drizzle.

The highest temperatures recorded in the past 24 hours were: 53°C in Mohenjodaro, 52°C in Jacobabad, 51°C in Dadu, 50°C in Khanpur, Khairpur, Larkana, Padidan, Sukkur, Sibi, and Rohri, 49°C in Rahim Yar Khan, Bhakkar, Dera Ghazi Khan, Kot Adu, and Nawabshah, 48°C in Multan, Dera Ismail Khan, and Turbat, and 47°C in Skardu, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Jhang, Joharabad, Lia, and Noorpur Thal.
