      <title>Former cricketer Sajjad Akhbar passes away at 63</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pakistani former cricketer and level-4 coach, Sajjad Akhbar has died at 63 years old due to a heart attack.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It was confirmed by his brother, Amir Akhbar of the loss of Akhbar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The cricket community is also mourning and shared the news of Akbar’s death on May 21.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) posted on their social media platforms about his death, stating, “The PCB is saddened by the passing of former international cricketer and Level-4 coach Sajjad Akbar. He represented Pakistan in two ODis in 1990. He was presently employed by the PCB and helping in player development at the NCA. PCB offers its heartfelt condolences to his friends and family.”&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He was a middle-order batsman and off-spin bowler who competed in first-class cricket in Pakistan from the 1978-79 season to the 2000-01 season.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;During the 1989-90 season, Akbar took 104 wickets at an impressive average of 22.38 runs per wicket.&lt;/p&gt;
