The incident occurred in Sector G-10, where the victim had just withdrawn money from a bank. A CCTV video of the incident has also emerged.

Two armed men on a motorcycle followed the victim home and attempted to rob him in his garage.

A struggle ensued, during which the victim managed to overpower one of the robbers, grabbing his pistol. This forced the second robber to flee the scene.

Other residents who witnessed the struggle apprehended the remaining robber and handed him over to the police.

The police identified the suspect as a repeat offender with a criminal record in the I-9 Industrial Area police station.

The police are continuing their investigation to apprehend the second robber. They have transferred the suspect to the police station for further questioning.
