&lt;p&gt;Islam Aslam, a young aspirant from Buleda Zamaran in Kech, secured the second position in Balochistan and the ninth position nationwide in the prestigious Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS). He will serve as an assistant commissioner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Similarly, Talal Khalil, a young candidate from the outskirts of Turbat in Trabut, achieved the third position in Balochistan and an impressive 23rd position across the country in the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sahil Khan Mandokhail, another participant in the exams, secured the first position in Balochistan and the 11th position nationwide. This year, a total of 12 candidates from Balochistan have achieved success in the exams.&lt;/p&gt;
