&lt;p&gt;The UAE was affected by adverse weather conditions on May 2 that also caused delays and diversions for flights going to and returning from Dubai. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The spokesperson added that around 13 flights were cancelled on Thursday morning.
