According to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations, the army killed the terrorists after a tense exchange of fire.

“During the conduct of operation, after intense fire exchange, three terrorists were successfully neutralized and sent to hell. These terrorists have been identified as, terrorist Ringleader Azmat @Azmati, terrorist Ringleader Karamat @Hanzla and Terrorist Rehan,” ISPR said.

“The killed terrorists remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area including recent abduction of District & Sessions Jugde of South Waziristan District,” it added.

Security forces remain determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism from the country, ISPR said.
